NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 n.m. on Monday, the 9th day of
Mav, 1994 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 297,
Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will
consider the following agenda:
1.

Consider an ordinance canvassing the election returns from
the May 7th, 1994 municinal election.
Administering the oath of office to the newly elected
Aldermen.
Administering the oath of office to the newly elected Mayor.
Consider the appointment of a.Mayour Pro Tem.
Discussion of requirements for use of septic tanks in
subdivisions and consider an ordinance revising the
requirements for minimum lot sizes and types of systems
when septic systems are used. & a, -k :L_ IS""
Consider an ordinance converting Westlake to a Type A
General Law municipality.
Consider an ordinance annexing four tracts of land owned
by Terry Bradshaw and wife, Charla Bradshaw. -,/' v..
Receive petition for annexation from representatives of
the Staa.ecoach Hills Subdivision.
Consider an ordinance adopting a Unified Development Code
for the Town of Westlake.
10. Consider a.recruest from Hutchins & Vaughn for a variance
to the sign ordinance reg_ardinQ sign area and maximum.

11. Discuss the Town Secretary situation and consideration
of same.
