NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the 6th
day of May, 1991 at the Town Hall of Westlake, Texas,
3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, Westlake, Texas. The
Board of Aldermen will consider the following agenda:
1. Consider an Ordinance canvassing returns of the
election held on May 4, 1991.
2. Administer the Oath of Office to the successful
candidates.
3. Consider a Resolution op1posing House Bill 1930 and
Senate Bill 1450.
4. Consideration of Fee Schedule for Zoning Change
Applications.
5. Executive Session: The Board will convene in Execu-
tive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Sections
2(e) and (f) Vernons Anotated Texas Statutes to:
a. Consult with its attorney in regard to the lawsuit
filed by R. Carter Pate, Liquidating Trustee
against the Town.
b. Land Aquisition for widening of State Highway 114.
C. Discuss possible members to serve on Advisory
Committee.
6. Consider land acquisition for State Highway 114.
7. Appointment of members to Comprehensive Plan Advisory
Committee. -
