TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS.
April 10, 1995
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 1995
at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana,
in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will con-
sider the following agenda.
1. Meeting called to order; approve theminutes of the March 6th,
1995 regular meeting.
2. Citizens' Presentations: This is an opportunity for citizens
to address the Board on items not posted on the agenda. The
Board will not take action on any presentations made to the
Board at this time.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board will conduct a closed session
pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to consult
with its Attorney and to discuss pending or contemplated litiga-
tion, as permitted by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government
Code. Disscussion of personnel matters permitted by Section 551.0
4. Consider revoking the exemption from the Town's sales tax of
telephone services.
5. Consider amending the Town's contract with the Town of Trophy
Club concerning the provision of police service.
6. Consider calling an election to adopt an additional one-half
cent sales tax for the Town.
7. Consider proposed interlocal agreement with the City of Southlake
to share a sewer line to be placed in Kirkwood Branch.
8. Other business: Discussion by Board of Aldermen on items of
importance and concern not listed on the agenda. No action
or vote will be taken on any of these items.
9. Adjourn.
