NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday,
the 4th day of April, 1994 at the Westlake Town Hall,
3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake,
Texas. The Board of Aldermen will consider the following
agenda:
1. Discussion of requirements for use of septic tanks
in subdivisions.
2. Consider an amendment to the building permit fees
and consider an ordinance adopting the new fees.
3. Discussion of the process to annex the Bradshaw tracts.
4. Executive Session: The Board of Aldermen will conduct
a closed session pursuant to Chapter 551.071 of the
Texas Government Code to discuss the hiring of a Town
Secretary.
5. Consider hiring a Town Secretary.
6. Consider the Town of Westlake's participation in the
Northeast Tarrant County Water Study.
