MEETING TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, the 6th day of March, 1995 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will consider the following agenda: 1. Meeting called to order; approve the minutes of the February 13th, 1995 regular meeting. 2. Citizens' Presentations: This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Board on items not posted on the agenda. The Board will not take action on any presentation made to the Board at this time. 3. Executive Session: The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to consult with its Attorney and to discuss pending or contemplated litigation and acquisition of real property, as permitted by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. 4. Consider Ordinance No. 236, annexing approximately 60 acres of the Circle T Ranch encompassed within Lake Turner Municipal Utility District No. 3, as authorized by Section 43.071 of the Texas Government Code. 5. Consider Ordinance No. 237, defining the Town's municipal boundaries and declaring all properties within these boundaries to be a part of the Town. 6. Consider Ordinance No. 238, ratifying all prior annexations. 7. Consider adoption of special building permit fees. 8. Consider proposal to amend the Town's building permit fees schedule to reduce fees for r6modeling projects to the fees provided in the Uniform Building Code, effective July 1, 1995. 9. Consider authorizing a regional storm water detention study for the Kirkwood Branch. 10. Consider resolutions in appreciation of State Senator Jane Nelson, State Senator David Sibley, State Senator Tom Haywood, State Representative Burt R. Solomon, State Representative Jim Horn and State Representative Mary Denny. 11. Other business: Discussion by Board of Aldermen on items of importance and concern not listed on the agenda. No action or vote will be taken on any of these items. 12. Adjourn.
