NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the 4th
day of March, 1991 at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of
Westlake, Texas for the purpose of considering the following
agenda:
1. Consideration of an Ordinance granting a franchise
to Tri County Electric.
2. Consideration of an amendment to the GTE franchise
agreement.
3. Consideration of a Resolution approving a lease with
Maguire Thomas Partners regarding space for a Town
Hall for the Town of Westlake.
4. Consideration of a Resolution approving the location
of the Town Hall, location of the public posting places,
and designating an official newspaper for the Town.
5. Consideration of an Ordinance calling for a Municipal
Election to be held on May 4, 1991 to elect three (3)
Aldermen to two (2) year terms.
6. Consideration of an Ordinance prohibiting door to door
solicitation in the Town of Westlake.
7. Executive Session: The Board will convene in Executive
Session pursuant to Article 625217, Sections 2(e) and
(f), Vernons Anotated Texas Statutes to:
a. Consult with its attorney in regard to the lawsuit
filed by R. Carter Fate, Liquidating Trustee against
the Town.
