NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the
2nd day of March, 1992 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village
Circle, Suite #207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas.'
The Board of Aldermen will consider the following agenda:
1. Continuation of Public Hearing.
2. Consider engaging the Hogan Corporation to prepare
a study report on water & sewer systems for the Town
3. Radify agreement concerning advance of monies by
Hillwood Development Corporation.
4. Executive Session: The Board of Aldermen will convene
in Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17,
Sections 2(e) and (f) Vernon's Annotated Texas Stat-
utes to:
(a) Consult with its attorneys in regard to the
lawsuit filed by R. Carter Pate, Trustee of
the NBH Liquidating Trust.
