NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the. Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 n.m. on the
10th day of February, 1992 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake,
Texas. The Board of Aldermen will consider the following
agenda:
1. Public Hearing to consider a Comprehensive Plan for
the Town of Westlake, Texas.
2. Consideration of an Ordinance calling an election to
be held on the 2nd day of May, 1992 to elect 1 Mayor
and 3 Aldermen.
3. Executive Session: The Board will convene in Execu-
tive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Sections
2(e) and (f) Vernon's Annotated Texas Statutes to:
(a) Consult with its attorneys in regard to the
lawsuit filed by R. Carter Pate, Trustee of the
NBH Liquidating Trust.
