NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town
of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 2nd
day of February, 1993, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village
Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas.
The Board of Aldermen will consider the following agenda:
1. Discussion regarding the Town of Westlake's consider-
ation to become a part of the Roanoke Chamber of
Commerce. Mr. Bill Lewis, President, Roanoke Chamber
of Commerce.
2. Consideration of a Resolution & Agreement between the
Town of Westlake and Tarrant County to conduct a joint
election on May 1, 1993.
3. Consideration of an Ordinance.tb hold an election on
May 1, 1993 to elect three (3) Aldermen for the Town
of Westlake, Texas.
Consider an Ordinance amending the fees for zoning
change applications.
W" ?/5. Resolution pertaining to National Flood Insurance

Regulations.
6. Consider an Ordinance adopting Flood Plain Regulations.
��( �a� 7. Executive Session; The Board will convene in Executive
Session Pursuant to Article 6252-17, Section 2(e)
Vernon's Annotated Texas Statutes to:
(a) Consult with its attorneys in regard to the law-
suit filed by R. Carter Pate, Trustee of NBH
Liquidating Trust.
