NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE 'TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen to the Town of
Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 P. M. on Monday, the 9th day of
January, 1995 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite
207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen
will cinsider the following agenda..
1. Meeting called to order, approve the minutes of the
December 12, 1994 meeting.
2. Citizens Presentations: This is an opportunity for
citizens to address the Board on items not posted on
the agenda. The Board will not take action on any
presentation made to the Board at this time.
3. Consider adoption of an ordinance creating a higher
education authority, appointing the initial board of
directors thereof, and resolving related matters.
4. Consider adoption of a resolution authorizing the
formation of a corporation under the Higher Education
Authority Act, appointing the initial board of directors
thereof, and resolving related matters.
5. Other business: Discussion by Board of Aldermen on items
of importance and concern not listed on the agenda. No
action or vote will be taken on any of these items.
6. Adjourn.
