Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen and the Planning & Zoning Commission of the
Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, July 28, 2000, in a meeting room at the
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites located at 309 State Highway 114 West in Grapevine, Texas.
The Board and Commission will consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. Conduct a Board member orientation regarding roles and responsibilities associated with Board
membership.
3. Conduct a work session re: long range planning issues:
a. Financial
b. Infrastructure
c. Planning
4. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town of
Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, July 24, 2000, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
