TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2000, in Suite 207, 3 Village Circle, in the Town of Westlake, Texas.
The Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Consider a resolution authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a contract with Hillwood
Development Corp. concerning the design engineering and construction of the west side pump
station and the Dove Road waterline.
2. Consider an ordinance approving a developers agreement with WB Texas Resort Communities,
L.P. for the development in PD 3-1.
3. Adjournment.

Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, April 24, 2000, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

The Board of Aldermen may at any time convene into executive session as authorized by Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code to discuss any item posted on the agenda.
