NOTICE OF REGULAR METINGE
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 7:00
p.m. on Monday, January 10, 2000, in Suite 200, 3 Village Circle, in the Town of Westlake, Texas.
(Note location change.) The Board will open the meeting at 7:00 p.m. and recess into executive
session. The Board will then reconvene into open session at 7:30 p.m. The Board will consider the
following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.071
to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending or contemplated litigation,
settlement offers, or other legal matters not related directly to litigation or settlement.
Pending or contemplated litigation and settlement offers include but are not limited to
the following:
Competing applications of the Town of Westlake and the Circle T Municipal Utility
Districts Nos_ 1 and 2 for Certificate of Convenience and Necessity, SOAR Docket Nos.
482-97-0134 and -0175
3. Reconvene into open meeting at 7:30 p.m.
4. Consider and take action necessary with respect to any of the pending matters in Item 92
above_
5. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on December 13, 1999.
G. Consider and take action on a Resolution identifying the State Highway 114 and State
Highway 121 corridor as a project of State and National significance and requesting that the
Texas Transportation Commission direct staff to develop a multi-year phasing and funding
program and to identify funds in future unified transportation plans to facilitate the
express/managed alternative improvement.
7. Consider an ordinance regulating the discharge or firing of any firearm within the Town limits.
8. Consider and and take action on an Ordinance approving an amended Thoroughfare Plan as
presented by Parsons Transportation Group. -
9. Review and approve any outstanding bills.

551 of the Texas Government Code to discuss any item posted on the agenda.
