NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 7:30 p.m.
on Tuesday, March 19, 2002, in the Townhall at 3 Village Circle, Ste. 207, in the Town of Westlake,
Texas. The Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Regular meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Consider an Ordinance authorizing the issuance by the Town of a series of certificates of obligation
and other related matters.
3. Adjournment.

Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

Texas Government Code to discuss any item posted on the agenda.
