TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 12:00
noon on Saturday, March. 2, 2002, in the Townhall at 3 Village Circle, Ste. 207. in the Tobin of Westlake,
Texas. The Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Regular meeting called to order and announce a quorum at 12:00 noon.
2. Consider notice of intent to reauthorize and reissue for the Town of Westlake. Texas combir atior_ .ax
and limited revenue Certificates of Obligation Series 2002.
3. Consider settlement of litigation with Town of Trophy Club, Trophy Club MUD =1 and Trophy Cub
MUD 42.
4_ Adjournment.
