NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING EIS # KE
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at
9:30 a.m. on Monday, December 13, 2004, in the administrative conference room located at
2650 J.T. Ottinger Road to consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section
551.074 to discuss personnel matters including the appointment of a Town
Secretary.
B. Reconvene into open meeting.
3. Take necessary action with respect to Item #2 above.
4. Adj ournment.

I certify that the above notice was posted at the Town Hall of the Town of Westlake, 2650 J.T.
Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, December 10, 2004, at 9:30 a.m., under the Open
Mee tin s Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

The Board of Aldermen may at any time convene into executive session as authorized by
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to discuss any item posted on the agenda.
