1. CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Wheat called the Town Council to order at 5:09 p.m.

b. Planning and Zoning Commission Call to Order
Commissioner Lee called the Planning and Zoning Commission to order at 5:09 p.m.
2. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
A. Final Plat of Carlyle Court Subdivision, located at 1480 Dove Road, dividing
the existing lot into eight (8) residential Tots that are all one -acre or more in
size. The property is currently zoned R-1 "Estate Residential." The property
is approximately 10.18 acres and is located on the north side of Dove Road,
between the Glenwyck Farms and Terra Bella subdivisions.
Director Greenwood and Director Edwards provided a presentation an overview
of the item.
Discussion ensued regarding the FEMA LOMR, raising the lot from the flood
plain, Lots 3 and 5 buildable areas and the impact on the lot.
Mayor Wheat opened the Town Council public hearing.
Commissioner Lee opened Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing.
No one address the Council or the Commission.
Mayor Wheat closed the Town Council public hearing.
Commissioner Lee closed the Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing.
Action on Proposed Carlyle Proposed Final Plat
MOTION: Commissioner Goble made a motion to recommend approval of
the Final Plat with the condition that the developer receive a FEMA
LOMR for Lot 4X. Commissioner Groce seconded the motion. The
motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
MOTION: Council Member Langdon made a motion to approve Resolution
16-07. Council Member Stoltenberg seconded the motion. The
motion carried by a vote of 3-0.

3. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Commissioner Groce made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Commissioner Goble seconded the motion. The motion carried by
a vote of 5-0.
Commissioner Lee adjourned the Planning and Zoning Commission at 5:24 p.m.
There being no further business before the Council, Mayor Wheat asked for a motion to
adjourn the meeting.
MOTION: Council Member Belvedere made a motion to adjourn the
meeting. Council Member Langdon seconded the motion. The
motion carried by a vote of 3-0.
Mayor Wheat adjourned the meeting at 5:24 p.m.
