MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, Tracy Schornack, Trish Howard, and Mark
Harrow
OTHERS PRESENT: None
1. CALL TO ORDER.
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD January 12, 2016.
Motion: Director Schornack made a motion to approve the minutes of the
January 12, 2016 meeting of the Board of Directors. Director Horrow seconded
the motion. Motion carried by a vote of 4-0.
3. RECEIVE REPORT FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
a. Number of applications and renewals by property.
b. Actual Vs Budget through Dec 2015
Discussion: This was discussed in the previous meeting no action required.
4. CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION CONCERNING GOALS FOR DONATIONS
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SMART BOARDS FOR WESTLAKE ACADEMY.
By Board consensus we will move this agenda item forward.
5. CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION CONCERNING FUTURE OPERATIONS,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE ADOPTION OF A REVISED BUDGET.
6. ADJOURN
No action necessary.
All agenda items having been acted upon, President Bradley adjourned the
meeting at 7:49 p.m.
