April 23, 2013
PRESENT: President Jim Carter, Directors, Scott Bradley, and George Ledak.
ABSENT: Gregg Malone
OTHERS E T: Executive Director Pete Ehrenberg and Secretary Kelly Edwards.
. CALL TO ORDER
President Carter called the meeting to order at 5:49 p.m.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING Y 15, 2013.
MOTION: Director Bradley made a motion to approve the minutes.
Director Carter seconded the motion. The motion carried by a
vote of 2-0-1. Director Ledak abstained.
3. DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION REGARDING THE SALE S FROM
MBIA TO E ETCAPITAL E THE AUSTIN BALLPARK PROPERTY.
Director Ehrenberg provided an overview of the sale.
MOTION: Director Bradley made a motion to approve the new senior series
A uninsured R-14 and R-14 authorizing President Carter to sign
the sale. Director Ledak seconded the motion. The motion
carried by a vote of 3-0.

4. DISCUSSION AND CONSDIERATION REGARDING MEMBER
APPLICATION SAL HERNANDEZ.
Mr. Sal Hernandez provided the Board an overview of his experience and reasons for
submitting an application.
No action taken by the Board at this time. The Board would like discuss the
appointment using executive session during the next meeting on June 11, 2013.
S. ADJOURN
President Cater asked for a motion to adjourn.
TI Director Ledak made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Bradley
seconded the motion. The motion carried by a vote of 3-0.
There being no further business before the board, President Carter declared the meeting
adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
