Option 1: Thoroughfare Plan with P&Z
Recommended Approval
Characteristics:
•Dove Rd. east of Davis Blvd. remains as is, a 2-lane Pastoral Collector
•Dove Rd. extension to Solana Blvd. (Town Arterial) to relieve traffic
congestion on the existing Dove Rd. east of Davis Blvd. if needed.

•Allows for either the widening of Dove Rd. east of Davis Blvd.
with no Dove Rd. extension to Solana Blvd. or
•The creation of a Dove Rd. extension to Solana Blvd. which
would keep Dove Rd. from Davis Blvd. to SH 114 as is, a 2-lane
Pastoral Collector.
