SIGNS
•Creating sign regulations specifically for the PD1 zoning district.
•Does not apply to PD1-2 or PD1-3 Planning Areas because these Planning Areas have their own sign regulations.

Sec. 102-266. - Establishment of
district and concept plan.
•Except to the extent provided by the
PD concept plan and the PD
Ordinance, development within the
PD district shall be governed by all of
the ordinances, rules, and
regulations of the town.
Conflicting regulations
•In the event of any conflict between (i)
the PD concept plan and the PD
Ordinance and (ii) the then-current
ordinances, rules, and regulations of the
town; the terms, provisions, and intent
of the PD concept plan and PD Ordinance
shall control.
Hierarchy of regulation
•Code of Ordinances. Applies Town wide unless conflicting with PD ordinances or plans.
•Planned Development Zoning District specific regulations.
–PD Ordinance,
–Development Plan,
–Concept Plan, or
–PD Site Plan.
