on Monday, August 12, 2002, at 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will
consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve minutes of the regular meetings held on June 11, 2001, August 13, 2001, April 8, 2002,
June 12, 2002 and July 22, 2002.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider the termination of the legal nonconforming status of the use of Kennel
Kare, Inc., and it's associated dog -boarding operation, located at 2205 N. Pearson Lane.
4. Adjournment.
