WESTLAKE PUBLIC ART SOCIETY MEETING
JUNE 13, 2011
PRESENT: Past President, Dave Rollins and Directors Bryan Biddle, Kelly Cox, April
Gallagher, Debra Hale, Gail James, Amelia Johnson, Leah Rennhack, and Mike
Silliman.
ABSENT: Trish Biddle
OTHERS PRESENT:
1. WELCOME NEW BOARD MEMBERS.
Past President Rollins welcomed new members April Gallagher, Gail James, and Amelia
Johnson.
2. ELECT 2011 OFFICERS
Motion made by Director Cox to nominate Director Gallagher as Board Secretary.
Motion seconded by Director Rennhack. Motion carried 8-0.
Motion made by Director Hale to nominate Director Johnson as Treasurer. Motion
seconded by Director Silliman. Motion carried 8-0.
Motion made by Director Cox to nominate Director Hale as Vice President. Motion
seconded by Director Rennhack. Motion carried 8-0.
Motion made by Director Silliman to nominate Director Biddle as President. Motion
seconded by Director Cox. Motion carried 8-0.
Discussion ensued regarding the next meeting. The Board selected August 23, 2011, at
7:00 p.m.

3. ADJOURN
Motion made by Director Hale to adjourn the meeting. Motion seconded by Director
Cox. Motion carried 8-0.
President B. Biddle adjourned the meeting at 7:40 p.m.
