Minutes for June 15, 2001
Present: Ruby, Steve S., Steve T., Allen, Kelly, Wanda, David,
Mary, Corey
Absent: Joyce, Tom
1. Mary says check from Fidelity is in Bank. They are also
going to present us the plaque they made.
2. Mary will write thank you letter to Fidelity. All who
can, come by and sign it.
3. The interview tape of Bill Huffman should be given to Corey
for transcribing.
4. Ruby is still working on Mark Brown information.
5. Ruby talked with Maxine about joining board, she said no.
6. David Brown is in process of drafting several stories.
7. Allen Heath will write about Arbor Days.
8. Amy, who has been our contact with Fidelity, is leaving.
Emily Kenney will be her replacement.
9. We should ask Emily to write about Fidelity views on the
environment.
10. Try to do Dealey interview and have it ready for first
Journal issue.
11. We need interview with Dale White as past Mayor of Westlake.
David Brown will attempt to obtain it.
12. There will be approximately twenty four pages in the
Journals.
13. Interview with Mrs. Johnson to be scheduled soon.
14. Next meeting July 20,
