BOARD MEETING
OCTOBER 03, 2005
PRESENT: President Kelly Bradley and Board Members Vickey Smith, Allen Heath,
Stephen Thornton, Jean Dwinnell, and Town Liaison Carolyn Sims
ABSENT: Board Members Tom Allen, Jack Wiesman, and Pathfinder Editor Joyce
Roach
OTHERS PRESENT: Ms. Debra Heath and Ms. Teresa Walton
1. CALL TO ORDER
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
2. DISCUSSION OF ANNUAL MEETING AND INVITATION PREPARATION
Ms. Smith reviewed the outstanding needs for the Annual meeting.
Discussion was held regarding the set-up of the room, wine options, use of the elevator at
the Fidelity building, attendance of children, preparation of invitations, availability of help to
prepare invitations, plaque presentations, video taping, music options, display of Dealey
pictures, preparation of a video that would run during the social portion of the event, and
what each of the Board members would do.
Ms. Heath volunteered to photograph the event.
There was no action taken.
3. DISCUSSION OF PATHFINDER
There was no discussion on this item.
4. ADJOURN
Ms. Dwinnell moved, Ms. Smith seconded the motion to adjourn.
There was no discussion and President Bradley declared the meeting adjourned at 7:38
P. M.
