BOARD MEETING
MAY 22, 2006
PRESENT: President Kelly Bradley and Board Members Stephen Thornton, Jack
Wiesman, Vickey Smith, Jean Dwinnell, and Town Liaison Carolyn Sims
ABSENT: Board Members Ruby Held, Allen Heath, Tom Allen, and Pathfinder Editor

1. CALL TO ORDER
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 5:38 p.m.
2, DECORATION DAY — May 29
Discussion ensued regarding specific "needs" for Decoration Day including a flag,
workers for the registration table, paper items for eating, location of the band, ice, the
press release, the treasure hunt, ice cream, hand-held fans, event signs, placement of
Trent and Mary Petty's reenactment on the program, and Dave Lieber as emcee and
preacher.
Ms. Smith moved, Ms. Dwinnell seconded the motion to purchase signs with an
attached hanger for the sponsor's name in an amount not to exceed $1,000.
The vote on the motion was as follows:
Ayes: President Bradley, Ms. Smith, Ms. Dwinnell, and Mr. Wiesman
Nays: Mr. Thornton
President Bradley declared the motion carried.

6. DECIDE JUNE MEETING DATE

7. ADJOURN
Ms. Smith mowed, Mr. Wiesman seconded the motion to adjourn.
There was no discussion and President Bradley declared the meeting adjourned at 8.13
p.m.
