BOARD MEETING
May 21, 2007
PRESENT: President Kelly Bradley and Board Members Allen Heath, Ruby Held, Stephen
Thornton, Kim Sutter, and Kristi Layton.
ABSENT: Sharon Sanden.
OTHERS
PRESENT: Vickey Smith, Teresa Walton, and Fc Aities and Recreation Director Troy Meyer
1. CALL TO ORDER
President Kelly Bradley called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.
2. DISCUSS DECORATION DAY ACTIVITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS.
Member Thornton asked that the Board consider approval of $228.00 for the purchase
of two, four by three foot signs to advertise Decoration Day
MOTION: A motion was made by Member Heath to approve the purchase the
expenditure of $228.00 for the purchase of the two signs as presented.
Member Heid seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
The Society discussed the activities of the Decoration Day event scheduled for Monday,
May 28, 2007, at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
3. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to como before the Board, President Bradley
adjourned the meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
