BOARD MEETING
MAY 22, 2008
PRESENT: President Kelly Bradley, Board Members: Sharon Sanden, Teresa Walton,
Ruby Held, Stephen Thornton, Jack Wiesman, Lisa Councilman
ABSENT: Allen Heath, Kristi Layton, Michelle Corson

CALL TO ORDER
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 5:00pm
TREASURER'S REPORT:
Member Layton was absent and no Treasurer's Report was presented.
DECORATION DAY
Member Walton reviewed the day's agenda, needs and details.
Requested volunteers to help on Monday morning (9:00am) with set-up and any last
minute details.
HISTORY BOOK UPDATE:
372 flyers will be distributed in Westlake Academy student folders on 5123.
Will contact Marriott Solana to present the hotel the option of purchasing 200 history
books in bonded leather at a special price
Member Councilman will contact the publisher to determine if and when we might be
able to get a prototype of the book.
President Bradley presented cost information for a full page adds in The Black Cow. -
fuil page add is $468.75. The deadline for add placement is Friday, 5123. This will be
our last opportunity to target this group.

Member Thornton made a motion to place a full page add in The Black Cow at the cost
of $468.75. Member Walton seconded the motion. Motion carried.
