MINUTES OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
January 19, 2010
PRESENT: Directors Jac Irvine, Jill McKean, Todd Robichaux, and Chuck Shultz.
ABSENT: President Jim Carter, George Ledak and General Counsel Scott Bradley
OTHERS PRESENT: Executive Director Pete Ehrenberg and Secretary Kelly Edwards.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Director Irvine called the meeting to order at 5:49 p.m.
2. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM NOVEMBER 25, 2009,
MEETING.
MOTION: Director McKean made a motion to approve the minutes of the November
25, 2009. Director Schultz seconded the motion. The motion carried by
a vote of 4-0.
3. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Executive Director Ehrenberg presented and discussed the number of renewals and
occupancy per property and the current status of the financials.
4. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF CAMBERIDGE, TOWN LAKE, AND
AUSTIN BALLPARK ANNUAL AUDIT FOR FY 2008-2009 PRESENTED BY
PATTILLO BROWN & HILL, L.L.P.
Auditor John Manning provided an overview of each audit and answers questions.
Discussion ensued regarding the bonds and the amount owed and the final 2 month of
the San Marcos audit.
MOTION: Director Robichaux made a motion to approve the audits as presented.
Director Schultz seconded the motion. The motion carried by a vote of
4-0.

Director Irvine asked for a motion to adjourn.
MOTION: Director McKean made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director
Robichaux seconded the motion. The motion carried by a vote of 4-0.
There being no further business before the board, Director Irvine declared the meeting
adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
