TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation (TSHC), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at
5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 18, 2004, in the Westlake Town Hall, 2650 J.T. Ottinger
Road, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consider a Resolution authorizing the amendment of the Bylaws of Texas
Student Housing Corporation, , and resolving related matters.
3. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
4. Adjourn.
CERTIFICATION
I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the
Town of Westlake, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, May 14,
2004, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas
Government Code.
