OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation (TSHQ, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at
5:30 pan. on Monday, March 31, 2003, in the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
section 551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending
or contemplated litigation.
3. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action relating to Item 2.
4. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on February 27, 2003 and
March 10, 2003.
5. Report from Executive Director.
6. Consider renewal of students who currently hold scholarships.
7. Report from Treasurer.
S. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
9. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
10. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, March 28, 2003, at
5:00 m.,under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
