Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation, an
inAnimentality ofthe Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:30 p.rn. on Tuesday, April 8, 1997 at
the Westlake Board Room ofthe Marriott Solana Hotel, 5 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board
of Directors will consider the following agenda:
Approve and ratify minutes of all prior meetings.
2. Consider additional members for appointment to the Board.
3. Review and award scholarships for 1997.
4. Consider any additional business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
5. Adjourn.
