TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF W ESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5.30 p.m.
on Monday, March 23, 1998, in Salon E of the Marriott Solana Hotel, 5 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Ratify the minutes from the meeting held on March 11, 1998.
3. Consider an offer to sell the Madison House.
4. Consider any additional business that may lawfully come before the meeting.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, March 20, 1998, at
