TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation,
an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday,
March 12, 1996 at the Marriott Solana Hotel, 5 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board
of Directors will consider the following agenda:
Consider the Westlake scholarship program benefitting students in the Keller
Independent School District, the Carroll Independent School District and the
Northwest Independent School District, including qualifications for recipients.
2. Consider any additional business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code with its Finance Attorney and its
Financial Advisor to discuss the possible purchase of additional real properties,
as permitted by Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code.

Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Wednesday, March 6, 1996 at 1:00
