BOARD OF DIRECTORS, TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Hous-
ing Authority, and the Board of Directors of the Texas Student
Housing Corporation will conduct a joint work session on Monday,
February 6, 1995, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Marriott Solana
Hotel in the Solana Complex in Westlake to consider the following
matter:
1. The possible purchase of student housing at Texas
A & M University and the issuance of approximately
$32,070,000 bonds by the Texas Student Housing
Corporation for the purchase of the student housing.
