OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—DENTON PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation—
Denton Project(TSHC-DP), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at
6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2002, in the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Presentation from JPI regarding budget amendments and contingency plans.
3. Consider and take appropriate action regarding budget amendments for the 2003-03
school year.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section
551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending or contemplated
litigation_
5. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action relating to Item 4.
6. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on August 27, 2002.
7. Report from Program Administrator.
8. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
9. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
10. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, September 20, 2002, at 5:00
p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
