TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—DENTON PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation—
Denton Project(TSHC-DP), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at
7:30 p.m. on Tuesday,June IY,2002, in the Southlake Boardroom of the Marriott Solana, 5
Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section
551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending or contemplated
litigation.
3. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action relating to Item 2.
4. Consider and take appropriate action on matters related to litigation.
5. Consideration of attorney's fees relating to litigation.
6. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on April 23, 2002.
7. Report from Program Administrator.
8. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
9. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, June 7, 2002, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
