OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—DENTON PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation—
Denton Project(TSHC-DP), an instrumentality of the 'Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at
7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2002, in the Westlake Boardroom of the Marriott Solana, 5
Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section
551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending or contemplated
litigation.
3. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action relating to Item 2.
4. Consideration of matters relating to litigation.
5. Authorization to pay fees.
6. Consider an amendment to the 2001-2002 budget.
7. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on January 29, 2002.
8. Report from Program Administrator.
9. Review applications and award scholarships for 2002.
10. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
11. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, March 22, 2002, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
