OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—DENTON PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation
(TSHC), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday,
January 29,2002, in the Southlake Boardroom of the Marriott Solana, 5 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section
551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending or contemplated
litigation.
3. Reconvene into open session.
4. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on November 27, 2001.
5. Consider adopting a logo for the Texas Student Housing Projects.
6. Report from Program Administrator
T Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
8. Adjourn.
