OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION— DENTON PROTECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation—Denton Project(TSHCDP), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake,
Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2004, in the Westlake Town
Hall, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consider approval of Asset Campus Housing as new property managers.
3. Consider amendments to the FY 2004-05 budget.
4. Consider amendments of the indenture.
5. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
6_ Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, October 22, 2004, at
