TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation—
Denton Project(TSHC-DP), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas,will meet at
4:15 p.m. on Thursday,June 26,2003, in the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consider and take action to approve the audit for the year ending June 30, 2002.
3. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on May 22, 2003.
4. Report from Executive Director.
5. Consider and tape appropriate action regarding bills and other financial matters.
f. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
7. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, June 23, 2003, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
