(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation—Denton Project (TSHCDP), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake,
Texas, will meet at 5:34 p.m, on Tuesday, May 18, 2004, in the Westlake Town Hall,
2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consider a Resolution authorizing the amendment of the Bylaws of the Texas
Student Housing Corporation—Denton Project, and resolving related matters.
3. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
4. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, May 14, 2004, at 5:04
