TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—DENTON PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation—
Denton Project(TSHC-DP), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at
5:300 p.m. on Monday, April 21,2003, in the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Westlake,
Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Short presentation from representatives of JPI.
3. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on March 31, 2003.
4. Report from Executive Director.
5. Consider and take any necessary action regarding financial matters.
6. Review and take appropriate action regarding a budget proposal for TSHC-DP for the
year 2003.
7. Review applications and award incremental scholarships to Jefferson Commons in
Denton for school year 2003-04.
8. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
9. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
10. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, April 18, 2003, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
