TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation—
Denton Project(TSHGDP), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas,will meet at
5:30 p.m. on Monday,March 10,2003, in the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consideration of the approval of the appointment of an Executive Director and
approval of the terms of the Executive Director's Employment Contract.
3. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, March 7, 2003, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
