OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—DENTON PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing Corporation—
Denton Project(TSHC-DP), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas,will meet at
5:30 p.m. on Thursday,February 27, 2003, in the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Discussion with representatives from JPI regarding budget overruns and other related
matters.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section
551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending or contemplated
litigation.
4. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action relating to Item#2.
5. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on November 19, 2002.
6. Consider amendment of Bylaws and related matters.
7. Report from Program Administrator.
8. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
9. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
10. Adj ourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, February 24, 2003, at 5:00
p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
