TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION—DENTON PROJECT
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF'WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Corporation—Denton Project (TSHCDP), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake,
Texas, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday,January 20, 2004, in the Westlake Town
Hall, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consider and take any necessary action regarding a special audit completed by
Steve Bloch of NewSource Partners.
3. Consider and take any necessary action regarding the audit for the fourteen-
month period ended August 31, 2003 completed by Whitley-Penn.
4. Report from Executive Director.
5. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
6. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 2650 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, January 16, 2004, at
5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
