OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHCA, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 5:00
p.m. on Thursday, December 20,2001, in the Westlake Townhall, 3 Village Circle,
Suite 207, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consideration of matters relating to the acquisition and financing of Student
Housing Facilities.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
section 551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending
or contemplated litigation and the acquisition of real estate.
4. Reconvene into open session.
5. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
6. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Tuesday, December 17,
2001, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government
Code.
