OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHCA, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:30
p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2001, in the Westlake Boardroom of the Marriott
Hotel, 5 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the
following agenda:
I. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on November 5, 2001.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
section 551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending
or contemplated litigation and the acquisition of real estate.
4. Reconvene into open session.
5. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Bonds to Acquire a.
Student Housing Project located in Austin, Texas and Authorizing all actions
to be taken in connection therewith.
6. Report from Program Administrator.
7. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
8. Adjourn.

of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, November 23.
2001, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government
