OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WEESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHCA, an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 7:00
p.m. on Monday,November 5,2001, in the Westlake Townhall, 3 Village Circle, Ste.
207, Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the meeting held on October 23, 2001.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
section 551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending
or contemplated litigation and the acquisition of real estate.
4. Reconvene into open session.
5. Consider the adoption of a Resolution authorizing the acquisition of certain
student housing projects, the institution of litigation relating to the acquisition
of the student housing projects, the engaging of attorneys, and related matters.
6. Consider the adoption of a Resolution directing the publication of a notice of
intention to issue Bonds and resolving related matters.
7. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
8. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, November 02,
2001, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government
Code.
