OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Texas Student Housing
Authority(TSHA), an instrumentality of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:30
p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2002, in the Westlake Townhall, 3 Village Circle,
Westlake, Texas. The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code
Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real
property.
3. Reconvene into open session and take any necessary action regarding Item#2.
4. Review and approve minutes of the meetings held on September 24, 2002.
5. Consider one or more resolutions authorizing the acquisition of a student
housing project in Austin, Texas and/or the issuance of bonds to acquire such
proj ect.
6. Consider a proposal to engage a consultant to provide advice regarding real
estate matters and student housing projects.
7. Report from Program Administrator.
8. Consider and take appropriate action regarding bills.
9. Consider any business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
10. Adjourn.

I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town
of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Friday, October 25, 2002,
at 5:00 p.m., under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
